Designer’s Mini PC
The top prize of Cando design awards 2009
Considering the technology of digital gadgets in 2009, The Icon mini PC won the top award of Cando industrial design awards. The competition theme was to design a mini PC for designers. This design used available modern technologies to reduce the cost of manufacturing.
I used TRIZ’s merging technique to combine different features so that this product could be useful for portable work and presentation.
If this design was launched, could emerge in the market as an innovative product.
I have always been trying to consider every possible detail in my design projects since the first projects at university. I do extremely believe that “God is in details” and every innovative product/service needs to been paid attention in tiny details.
